How long before my wedding should I book my makeup artist?
“A comfortable time would be around 12-18 months prior to your day, due to availability. However please do enquire even if your wedding is sooner than that!
Do I need to book a makeup trial with my Wedding makeup artist?
Yes, I would highly recommend this. A trial is really important so we can 'get to know' your makeup style, desires, dos and dont's and ensure we create a look that works for you, your skin, your style but also will last the duration of your wedding and showcase your beauty in photos too.
Not to mention, it also means the wedding morning itself will be much less stressful, so you can sit back and relax and enjoy me working my magic on your gorgeous face,
Where will my makeup trial be held and how long will it be?
Your wedding makeup trial will be held at my makeup studio in my house in Richmond, West London. I will send you the full address upon booking. Where possible we can try and coordinate this with your hair trial too. I will need approximately 2 hours for the bride, and 1 hour and a half for bridesmaid/mother of bride trials.
Am I able to bring someone with me to my makeup trial?
Of course, it's always a wonderful appointment and a lot of fun. However please make sure you have a clear vision before the trial and that you go with your own wishes and desires, don't be swayed by what others want for you as you just won't be comfortable!
